The villa is located in the charming town of Praiano and can be reached from the main road along its cobblestoned streets.

It is a classic two-storied villa with vaulted ceilings and a very well-kempt courtyard. The apartment on the first level is bright and spacious and offers a breathtaking view of the sea, Positano, Capri’s Faraglioni and the legendary island of Li Galli.

Setted in various locations in the historical Via Masa, in the heart of Praiano, our wondefrul Villas have: Private Terraces with sea view - Private pools - Tennis court - Wellness and fitness area - Gardens and solarium.

Masa Villas are located in the center of Praiano adjacent to the Cathedral of San Gennaro as well as close to the trunk road where all the main commercial activities of the village are located: restaurants, shops, grocery, bars, tourist office, hairdresser, bus stop, bus stop taxis, etc. They are reachable from the road in just 3 minutes of walking and just 25 comfortable steps before crossing the panoramic Piazza San Gennaro (famous for the lights of San Domenico) and then along the historic Via Masa, typical stone road of the Amalfi Coast surrounded of dry stone walls recently embellished with ceramic sculptures by famous Vietri masters. Although close to the town center, the Masa Villas are immersed in nature, far from the tourist bustle as protected by the green of the Mediterranean scrubland of this enchanting stretch of coast and immersed in the Gulf of the enchanting island of Li Galli. The Villas are also located close to La Gavitella beach, which can be reached on foot in about 10/15 minutes along a walk that includes about 300 steps.
